Admission is FREE and *anyone* can be a presenter, even YOU! Be sure to register at

It's weird name has its roots in the BarCamp model of "unconferences", which had focused on software and technology. (It has nothing to do with bars, and no one camps out at these things anymore.)

The final roster of topics will be revealed a couple of weeks before the event. Currently, some of the topics may include:

* Zen and the Art of Dental Maintenance

* Bayes Theorem and Skepticism

* Fracture and Resolution: How Artists Hijack Your Brain

* The Power of Pop Compels You: Geek Culture as a Vector for Outreach

* Etc.

We are primarily sponsored by New York City Skeptics, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering critical thinking and rationality
